Are there hidden fees?
No. The displayed price is the final price (excluding GST/QST). The core modules — e-signing, client portal, Stripe, auto-reminders, audiences, QuickBooks sync — are included in every plan. No add-on at CA$50/month to unlock the obvious.
Monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly billing gets you a -25% discount automatically (vs the monthly rate). Switch anytime from the billing portal.
Is there a setup fee?
No, on any plan. You pay the plan price and the per-user rate, nothing else.
How does the base fee + per-user pricing work?
Pro and Max combine a flat plan fee with a per-user rate. Pro: CA$29 + CA$19 per user. Max: CA$129 + CA$19 per user. So Pro with 3 users is CA$29 + (3 x CA$19) = CA$86/month. The per-user rate is identical on both plans — moving up to Max never makes your people cost more, it only adds the governance layer (per-rep isolation, priority support).
Is there a seat minimum?
No. Pro and Max start at a single user. I think charging for empty seats is a trick, and I call out competitors who do it — so I don't do it either. A solo notary or a three-person practice can buy Max for per-file isolation without paying for five seats.
What's the "fair use" policy for email support?
To keep the service sustainable, I reserve the right to: (1) temporarily pause new signups if support load exceeds my capacity, (2) announce 2 to 4 weeks per year of reduced service (vacation/leave) with extended response times (48-72h), (3) decline support for exotic configurations or out-of-scope requests and redirect to the Sur Mesure plan. I publish current status and any reduced-service windows on the /statut page. Full clause in the Terms of Service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then, which leaves time to export your data (Excel or CSV).
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo: 1 user, flat CA$29, 500 contacts, 1 pipeline, 1 audience, 10 products/services — quotes, e-signing, client portal, Stripe, QuickBooks and auto-reminders all included. Pro adds, on top of higher quotas (up to 15 users, 5,000 contacts, 3 pipelines, 5 audiences, 25 products): calendar and appointments, the online booking link, recurring invoicing, custom fields, team goals, billable time tracking and support tickets. A solo professional can absolutely take Pro — at 1 user it is CA$48/month, and there is no seat minimum. Most people move up when they start booking appointments or billing monthly retainers.
What does Max add?
Per-rep isolation (each rep sees only their accounts) — the one feature exclusive to Max — plus higher quotas (up to 30 users, 25,000 contacts, 10 pipelines, 25 audiences, 100 products, 10 custom fields, unlimited automation rules) and removal of the "Powered by CRM PME" badge on client-facing pages and PDFs. The per-user rate is the same as Pro (CA$19): you are paying for the governance layer, not for your people. For agencies, law firms, accounting practices and field-service companies managing client data with strict access boundaries. Note: tenant branding (your logo + name + brand on emails, portal, PDFs) is included on every plan, not just Max.
Are taxes (GST/QST) included?
No, prices are pre-tax. Quebec customers pay 5% GST + 9.975% QST. Outside Quebec but inside Canada: GST + provincial sales tax as applicable.
How does seat counting work?
A seat = one active user with login access. Read-only or invitations don't count. Adding or removing seats is instant and prorated.
Can I get an invoice / pay by interac transfer?
Yearly plans yes — email info@crmpme.ca to receive an invoice payable by interac transfer or cheque. Monthly plans: credit card only via Stripe.
Do you offer demos or phone support?
No. CRM PME is built for self-service: full in-app documentation, 14-day free trial (no card) to test for yourself, and email-only support for real bugs and technical questions. I don't do sales demos, onboarding calls or phone support on standard plans. If you need a done-for-you setup, see the Sur Mesure plan above — submit a request form and I'll contact you to evaluate your needs (implementation priced at scoping, development from CA$2,800, on selection).
What does email support cover exactly?
Real bugs, technical questions, billing issues, account recovery, security questions, data export requests. Reply within 24 business hours. It does NOT cover: how-to questions answered in the docs, custom configuration requests, training sessions, integration consulting, or workflow setup. The Sur Mesure plan covers those.
