Built for the businesses
we actually know.

CRM PME exists because the software our friends, family and clients were using was either built for Silicon Valley enterprise sales teams or felt like it was from 2010. We rebuilt one from scratch — modern UX, bilingual, locally hosted, priced for real Quebec businesses.

/ the story

Why we started this.

In 2024, we spent six months interviewing lawyers, accountants, electricians, agency founders and notaries across Québec — asking what was missing from their current CRM. Three answers came back constantly:

  • "It's too expensive once you unlock everything you actually need."
  • "The setup takes forever and I never use 80% of it."
  • "The French is a Google Translate of the English."

So we started building. By 2026, CRM PME runs as a multi-tenant SaaS hosted in Québec, Canada — each tenant gets their own isolated database, their own subdomain, their own branding. All modules included in every plan. Setup in 5 minutes. First invoice before your coffee is cold.

"We don't want to be the biggest CRM. We want to be the right CRM for the SMB that's tired of being treated like a small fish in a US sales funnel."

What we believe.

01

Bundled is better

Add-ons are a tax on people who don't have time to compare. We bundle everything an SMB needs. No "unlock for $50/mo" guilt trips.

02

Bilingual is not "FR + EN"

It means every quote, invoice and email goes out in the recipient's language. Real bilingual, not Google Translate cosplay.

03

Local data, local hosting

Hosted in Québec. Backed up in Toronto. Encrypted with a key we don't store on the server. Subpoenaed by the US? Good luck.

04

Independent stays independent

No VC. No exit hype. We make money the old way: customers pay us for software that works. That's the whole business model.

We're intentionally small. The same person who writes the code answers the support emails. There's no sales team, no onboarding manager, no customer success rep — and that's a deliberate choice, not a stage we'll grow out of.

In practice that means: CRM PME is built for self-service. Full in-app documentation, 14-day trial without a card, email support for real bugs and technical questions. No demos, no sales calls. If you need hands-on setup and configuration, that's the Sur Mesure plan — a flat fee, on selection, for the small number of mandates we can take.

We're also not interested in becoming the next big thing. CRM PME stays focused on Quebec SMBs and self-employed pros. That's the market. That's the mandate.
