A quote your client
can sign today.
Automatic numbering, per-line taxes resolved against the client's province, multi-currency, your logo on the PDF, and native e-signing at the end. The quote becomes an invoice in one click.
From blank page to signed, in five steps
Create the quote
In Quotes → New, pick the client. The system numbers it DEV-YYYY-NNNN automatically — no register to maintain, no duplicate number.
Add your line items
Description, quantity, unit price. Taxes are computed per line against the client's province, so a Montréal client and an Ontario client are billed correctly without you looking up a rate.
Send it
The quote leaves as a PDF carrying your logo and your business name, written in your client's language — not yours.
Get it signed
The client signs on their phone through native e-signing. You receive the signed quote plus a proof PDF.
Convert to invoice
One click turns the accepted quote into an invoice, keeping line items, taxes and discounts. Send the Stripe payment link in the same breath.
Built for Canadian tax reality
Taxes resolved by province
GST/QST in Quebec, HST in Ontario and the Atlantic, PST or RST out West. The applicable rate comes from a maintained schedule rather than a number you typed in once and forgot.
The tax labels are snapshotted onto each quote. A document issued today keeps the wording that was correct on the day it left, even if a rate changes next year.
Bilingual where it counts
The quote is written in your client's language, not yours. You work in French; your English-speaking client receives an English PDF and an English email, with amounts formatted their way.
There is no second template to maintain and nothing to duplicate — the language is a property of the recipient, not of a copy of the document.
Line items, taxes and discounts carry over untouched, so the invoiced total always matches the quoted total. Nothing is retyped, which means nothing can drift between what you promised and what you bill.
