Do you implement CRMs?
I implement CRM PME, my own software: configuration of your pipelines, quotes, invoices and taxes, import of your contacts and companies from Excel or CSV files, reminder and automation settings, and team training over video. The price is set after the scoping call and written into a fixed quote.
Are you a CRM consultant?
For CRM PME, yes: I implement it, adapt it and build what is missing. I do not consult on, integrate with or build inside other CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce — if that is what you need, an integrator of those platforms will serve you better, and I would rather say so up front.
Custom CRM or standard CRM: which one should a small business choose?
Start with the standard one if it fits: it costs less and you are working the same day. The subscription is the same software for everyone, at CA$29 to CA$129 a month, and you set it up yourself. Implementation does that setup for you. Custom development goes further: it adapts the software to a process that does not fit — a module nobody sells, a calculation specific to your trade, an integration with a system you already run — on your own instance.
How much does it cost?
Custom development starts at CA$2,800. Implementation is priced after the scoping call, according to your data and your configuration. Either way the final price is written into a fixed quote — no hourly billing, no open-ended budget. If the subscription already covers your need, I will tell you.
Why "by selection"?
I do not accept every mandate. A project that matches neither my expertise nor my capacity ends badly for both sides, so I would rather decline early than deliver late. Expect a straight answer within 5 business days, including when it is a no.
Can you add features to the CRM we already use?
No. I do not plug into an existing CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics or any other — and I do not develop in another technology than my own. I replace the tool: a CRM rebuilt from the ground up on my technology, with your data carried over from the old one.
Is it built from scratch?
Your CRM is rebuilt new, but not from a blank page: it starts from the CRM PME technology base, which already handles quotes, e-signing, invoicing, per-province taxes, payment reminders and the client portal. That is what makes the price possible — the custom work goes into what is specific to you.
Where is my custom CRM hosted, and who owns the data?
Hosting is in Quebec, Canada, with encrypted daily backups kept in another Canadian region (Ontario). The data is yours; contacts and companies export to Excel or CSV at any time. Services such as payment processing and email delivery may process data outside Canada; they are named in the Privacy Policy.
What happens after delivery?
Your instance keeps running and stays maintained. Later changes are scoped the same way: a written need, a fixed quote. You are never locked into a retainer to keep what you already paid for.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why I do not publish a number here. The timeline is written into the quote alongside the price, so you get a date rather than an estimate.
Do you serve my region?
I am based in the Quebec City region and work with businesses across Quebec, remotely — Montréal, Estrie, Outaouais, Saguenay, Gaspésie. Scoping and training happen over video, so being outside a major centre changes nothing to the price or the timeline.
Can I start with the subscription and move to custom later?
Yes, and it is often the sensible order. Two weeks on the standard product tell you far more about what you actually need than any specification written in advance. Your data follows you.
